I've hit a snag

So I'm having some troubles with my essential questions partly because I haven't exactly figured out what I want to do for my actual project. Like I kind of wanted to organize a gallery kind of thing, but I don't see that as having anything to do with my project. So I don't know. If anyone has any ideas that could possibly help me, much appriciated.

Look what you can get down when you set your mind to it

So I did switch my topic. My project is now going to be on photography and I'm thinking I'm going to stick with Macrophotography and probably water shots. I'm working on where I'm going to go with this because I kind of need my essential question still. But just within today, I got my new collage done as well as my key terms and I have a good list of sites that I need to turn into my webliography.

Let the "What? Why?"s fly

So yesterday at parent teacher conferences, my mom talked to Mrs. Savido about my graduation project. Now they both support my idea but don't know what the "Wow" factor is and honestly, neither do I after thinking about it all day. I now see why everyone was confused about were I was going with it cause now I realize that I didn't either.

Now this is were the "What? Why?"s come in.

I'm thinking I want to go back to the photography thing because I thought about that one a lot yesterday too. I'm not saying I'm switching to it thought until AFTER I talk to Mrs. Savido. I realize this means going back to the beginning and doing everything all over again, but if I do switch, then I'm willing to do that partly because I would have to.
